Auth & Workspace Issues
Fix Google login, onboarding, and membership access problems.
Login keeps returning to /login
- Verify AUTH_SECRET, AUTH_GOOGLE_ID, AUTH_GOOGLE_SECRET are set.
- Confirm Google OAuth redirect URI includes /api/auth/callback/google.
- Confirm APP_URL / AUTH_URL match the origin Anda buka in browser.
- Clear site cookies for localhost and retry /signup.
Signed in but redirected to onboarding forever
- Complete workspace creation form (name wajib).
- Check database connectivity (DATABASE_URL) and prisma db push.
- Confirm Membership row exists for Anda user with status active.
Forbidden on billing/pengaturan actions
RBAC blocks actions by role. Billing and some pengaturan require elevated roles.
- Owner: full access including billing
- Admin: broad manage permissions
- Operator: kampanye/akun/agents
- Viewer/analyst/auditor: read-focused
Cannot buka /admin
- Ensure Anda user platformRole is superadmin.
- UPDATE User platformRole to superadmin for Anda email.
- Sign out/in and reopen /admin.
