Snap token/buat fails

1. If MIDTRANS_SERVER_KEY missing, app should use local simulation path.
2. With keys present, verify sandbox vs production flags match the keys.
3. Check server logs for Midtrans error messages.

Order stuck pending

1. Pending is normal for unpaid/unsettled transactions.
2. Ensure notification endpoint is reachable by Midtrans.
3. For local dev without Midtrans, use simulation result path to mark paid.
4. Recheck /app/pengaturan/billing order status after settlement.
