Troubleshooting Overview
Start here when something looks wrong in simulator or mode live.
Triage order
- Confirm runtime mode: SIMULATOR_MODE true/false.
- Confirm Anda are in the correct workspace.
- Check /app/notifications and /app/activity for recent failures.
- Check /app/pengaturan/publisher for konektor policy and webhook health.
- Re-run the smallest worker job that reproduces the issue (not always worker.tick).
Most common symptoms
- Login loops or missing workspace after Google auth
- worker returns 401 Unauthorized
- Inbox stays empty after poll
- persetujuan empty after generate
- Live send/publish fails closed
- webhook test fails / 401 token mismatch
- voucher invalid or order stuck pending
