Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using Komenin ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or workspace, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Komenin provides social-media operations tooling: connecting social accounts, AI-assisted comment and content drafting, approval workflows, scheduling, and analytics.

You are responsible for the social accounts you connect and for complying with each platform's terms (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and others). The Service is a tool; publishing decisions and their consequences remain yours.

3. Accounts, workspaces, and security

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your workspace and for the conduct of members you invite.
• API keys and session credentials you provide (BYOK) are stored encrypted; you are responsible for their validity and for revoking them when no longer needed.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and Komenin AI credits

Paid plans and Komenin AI add-ons are billed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via our payment processor (Midtrans). Prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

Social plans grant send/publish limits for the stated period. Komenin AI is a separate add-on with its own subscription tiers and pay-as-you-go (PAYG) credit packs.

AI credits: 1 credit equals 1 token (input + output), counted from the model's usage report. Unused subscription quota does not roll over between monthly quota periods. PAYG credits are valid for 12 months from purchase while your account is active, after which they expire.

Tier changes take effect at the next quota period (no proration). Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once the corresponding entitlement or credits have been provisioned; a refund or chargeback may reverse the associated entitlement and any unspent credits.

5. Acceptable use

You must use the Service in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, and platform rules. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, spam, or violations.

6. Intellectual property and your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service (for example, generating drafts at your request).

We retain all rights to the Service itself, including software, design, and branding.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that generated content complies with any platform's policies or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Komenin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions taken by third-party platforms (such as account suspension). Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
